Do I have to provide a location or does Popup Datez have set up locations?

You can decide to book your tent for at home/your location OR select from one of our rooftop/skyline view locations.



How do I check availability?

How do I secure my booking?

Once availability is confirmed, we will send you an invoice for 50%

deposit of your total event cost. Once the deposit is received, we will

send you a confirmation email. You will then be required to read and

accept our terms and conditions.


What payment methods are accepted?

Cashapp, Debit, Credit, or Bank Transfer.


Is a security Deposit required?

Yes, 50% of the package booked is due to hold your spot with the

balance due 48 hours before your event is scheduled.


Can these tents be set up anywhere?

We can erect our tents on any flat, dry area such as: grass, artificial

grass, a patio, a deck, driveway, or cement.


What is the duration of the tent rental?

To be discussed during your booking as this is subject to availability.


Are the tents conditioned for all weather?

We do not rent our tents during forecast of adverse weather conditions

also detailed in our terms and conditions/contract.


How many people do the tents accommodate?

Tent accommodations are shown on the packages as this is

dependent on the package selected.


Can I burn candles, smoke, or vape in the tents?

Unfortunately, no naked flames, smoking, or vaping is allowed within

the tents.


How long for set up?

Please allow for a minimum of 2 hours for set up dependent on the

package you select.


Do you require a power source?

We have a portable power supply, however, dependent on the

package selected and duration of use, we like to have access to a

domestic power supply. Where possible, we prefer an external source

of power (purely for ease) but an internal source can also be used.

*Additional cabling can be supplied upon request.


When is payment required?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining

balance is due 48 hours before your event/booking is scheduled.


What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits will be returned if a cancellation request is received within 10

days of your booking. However, if you cancel within the 10 day period leading up to your event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.


How big are the tents?

Our Bubble tents measure 6’7H x 9’7W

Our Dome tents measure 7’2H x 12’W


Does your company have insurance?

Yes, we have Commercial General Liability Insurance
